"In a world where even the highest level of luxury is becoming so common and commercial, we are quick to forget how important it is, when it comes to services, the word "personal". A Personal Concierge is exactly what a "normal" concierge will never be able to do: tailor made services. The biggest advantage I quickly realize to have using Preferred Group is that they know me almost better than myself! Whenever there is a restaurant reservation to arrange, a sold-out event ticket to purchase, a jet to hire. They know in advance exactly what I want, what I don't want and what I can afford. Every hotel has a concierge-desk. Staff changes all the time, guests' profiles are never up to date.: None of them will ever give you the privilege of a real "personal" service."
